Frequently asked questions
Can I try Zlick for free?
Yes, you can test Zlick for free for as long as you need. By default, your account is in Testing Mode and we won’t be charging you until you turn on Live Payments. Once you go live, we will only charge you if you get paid (on the Starter plan). So no commitment is needed from you.
Is Zlick secure?
Yes, all data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL encryption and we don’t store credit card information.
Can people bypass Zlick Paywall?
No! Zlick Paywall can’t be bypassed through element deletions, incognito mode, browser plugins, or using VPN (unlike many soft and metered paywalls) as Zlick is built on server-side technologies.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes, Stripe is a level 1 PCI credit card payment processor and all card transactions will be handled by them.
Can I use Zlick on my non-Wordpress site?
We are currently for WordPress only. If you want us for a different platform, send us your request from here.
What media formats can I monetise?
You can lock down videos, podcasts, articles, file downloads, ebooks, courses, blog posts, and anything in between.
What currencies can I use?
Most of the currencies you would ever need. See the full list here: https://stripe.com/docs/currencies
